EPM Electrical is a NAPIT-registered full-service electrical contractor serving the North East, supporting homes, landlords, businesses and commercial partners across the region.
We carry out testing and inspection for domestic and commercial properties, including EICR reports, emergency lighting tests, smoke alarm systems, installations, upgrades, fault finding and the full range of electrical works clients need day to day.
We also deliver contracts up and down the country. We already support national electrical companies, estate agents and multi-site facilities teams, bringing the same standards of safety, documentation and finish to every scale of work.
From planned installations during core hours of 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, to out-of-hours attendance and emergency call-outs, we structure our service around the real needs of modern clients.
